If you are unable to achieve the results will you refund or provide me free services?
Yes, we would say “Pay for Performance”. After month or two, or as per agreement if we are unable to achieve the results we will not charge for next month atleast. But this needs to be put in agreement as a lot of factors like site structure, poor content etc. leads to less results even if we apply our peak efforts. So there are lot of factors for any site to appear in search engines. But to maintain the integrity and transparency we fully assure the free services for next period if we are unable to achieve the results. But this needs to be mentioned in the agreement with duly signed amongst the contracting parties (Client and us)

If there is any breach of contract will there be any procedure to tackle it at our ends?
We do legal agreements with proper stamping and signature, if there is (though till date we haven’t faced anyone yet) we do settle all cases by mutual consents with the clients. Even the refund is done if we are unable to deliver the services. Last not the least client has full right to sue us if we breach the agreement or services at our end.

If I outsource my work to your company what will be the process you follow?
Our company will work in sink to yours. So we will follow the process as per our guidelines as well as yours and work as per your clients requirements. The processing depends on the no. of projects / clients you outsource we will provide you the best plan as per your requirements and we could mutually discuss how to work together.

Will you provide me client, project management also?
Sure, if you want us to manage your clients, projects on behalf of your company we will deliver all these services and it will be mention in the agreement as well for more understanding. For project management we are adapted to several online CRM tools including Sugar CRM, Basecamp and even if there is any customized tool our staff will manipulate and tackle the projects from there.

What about the agreements and NDA’s procedure?
We will sign up proper legal agreement and NDA’s (Non Disclosure Agreement) with mutual terms and conditions so that there never occurs any violation etc. All agreements are subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

Will you be ready to work under my brand name and your employee’s too?
Absolutely we will be working under your brand name and our employees will like yours, this is what we call Staff Augmentation or Manpower Outsourcing. What about the payments structure?
